About Recoverymum Plumbing and How Referrals Work
Request an estimate
Who We Are
Recoverymum Plumbing is a referral service for homeowners with plumbing, drain or sewer problems. We connect you with independent local providers. We do not perform the work ourselves.
Why We Exist
Most big plumbing repairs start as small signs. A slow drain. A damp patch on a wall. An odd smell near the basement floor drain. Homeowners often wait because they are unsure what the sign means or who to ask.
Recoverymum Plumbing exists to shorten that gap. Catch it early, understand the options, then pick a provider.
How Matching Works
You describe the problem through the request form, or you request a callback to check provider availability. We pass the details to providers in our network who serve your area, such as Cleveland and the Cleveland area. A provider then contacts you to discuss the job.
Availability varies by provider and by day. Many providers can respond quickly, but we do not promise timing.
What We Expect From Providers
Providers in our network are independent businesses. We ask them to:
- Explain the likely cause and the options in plain language
- Give a written quote before work begins
- Hold the licenses and insurance their local rules require
- Treat the homeowner's questions as part of the job
We cannot verify every detail of every job, so please ask for license and insurance information yourself.
What to Have Ready
A few details help a provider understand the job before they arrive. Think about:
- Where the problem is, such as a kitchen sink, a basement drain or the yard
- When you first noticed it and whether it is getting worse
- Any sounds, smells or standing water
- Whether you know where your main water shutoff is
Do not worry if you cannot answer everything. A provider can ask more questions when they contact you. Clear notes simply make the first conversation shorter and the quote easier to compare.
What We Do Not Do
We do not repair, clear or install anything. We do not set prices, and we do not supervise the work. Any agreement about scope, cost and timing is between you and the provider.
We also do not promise insurance outcomes. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy. Providers can often help document damage for a claim.
How We Are Paid
Homeowners pay the provider for the work, not Recoverymum Plumbing. Providers in our network may pay a referral fee for connections made through this site. That fee does not change your quote, and you are never required to hire anyone.
Get Connected
Know your options first. Then decide. Send a request and a local provider will follow up with the next step.
Why Recoverymum Plumbing Is a Referral Service
Recoverymum Plumbing does not send out its own plumbers. It is a referral site. You describe the problem, and the request is passed to an independent plumbing provider in the Cleveland area. That provider sets its own schedule, scope and pricing, and does the work under its own business.
For you, that means two things. Quotes and timing come from the provider, not from this site. And any agreement about the job is between you and that provider.
How the Guides Are Built
Each guide, including What Emergency Plumbing Costs in Cleveland, Your First 48 Hours After a Plumbing Problem, and How Cleveland Weather and Homes Strain Plumbing, is written as plain background reading. Sources are manufacturer instructions, utility notices, and consumer and government safety pages. No individual is credited, and no professional credentials are claimed.
Guides are reviewed and revised when the underlying guidance changes or a reader points out an error. They do not replace a diagnosis. Pipes, fixtures and local codes vary by home, so confirm specifics with the provider who inspects the job.
Where the Network Covers
The network focuses on Cleveland, OH, and surrounding communities in the Cleveland area. Coverage is not uniform. Availability depends on the provider: some take only certain neighborhoods, some limit the types of work, and some have gaps at certain hours. If no provider is open for your address or job type, the request may go unmatched. Say so plainly in the request so you are not left waiting.
Getting in Touch
To ask about a request or report a problem with a guide, email contact@recoverymum.garden. To start a new job, use the request form. Include the address area, what is happening, whether water is running, and any photos you can describe.
If water is spreading, shut off the main valve first, then send the request.
