Accessibility Statement
Last updated: October 2026
Recoverymum Plumbing wants recoverymum.garden to work for everyone, including people with disabilities. This statement describes our approach. It is a general template, not legal advice.
Our Goal
We aim to make the site usable for as many people as we can. We work toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA, a widely used standard for accessible websites.
Steps We Take
To support access, we aim to:
- Use clear headings and a logical page layout
- Add text alternatives to images that carry meaning
- Keep text readable with strong color contrast
- Allow full use with a keyboard
- Build pages that work on phones, tablets and computers
- Write in plain, simple language
- Label form fields clearly
Where We Fall Short
Some parts of the site may not yet fully meet these standards. Third-party content, such as embedded tools or services, may be outside our control. We review the site from time to time and fix problems as we find them.
Other Ways to Get Help
If part of the site is hard to use, help is still available. Request a callback to reach a plumber, or email contact@recoverymum.garden and we will do our part to assist.
Send Us Feedback
We welcome feedback on the site's accessibility. Email contact@recoverymum.garden and tell us:
- Which page or feature gave you trouble
- What happened and what you expected
- The browser, device or assistive technology you used, if you know
We will read your message and aim to reply within a few business days.
Work in Progress
Accessibility is never finished. As we update the site, we will keep it in mind and keep improving.
Reach a local provider
Describe the problem and request an estimate. A local provider in our network will review it. You can also email contact@recoverymum.garden with questions.
